Your order is very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your transaction.

Minimum cut of fabric is 1/2 yard.

We make every attempt to ship within one business day of receiving your order.

Our policy is to charge you the actual cost of shipping. Shipping is estimated when you place your order online so you will have an idea of the cost. Keep in mind this is only an estimate, and you will only be charged actual shipping cost.

We accept Mastercard and VISA. You can contact the shop to arrange payment by check or money order. Rest assured your credit card information is transferred in the safest and most secure fashion, but if you prefer not to share your card information over the Internet, you may call the shop directly with the details. Very important - - please make sure the mailing and billing information are entered correctly and match the records on your credit card account! For your protection, we will not ship orders that appear fraudulent due to incorrect information.

Due to the specialty nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics. All orders are double-checked before shipping, but we are human and subject to the possibility of error. Should you receive an order that is not correct, please contact us right away so we can remedy the problem. Patterns and books are not returnable.

Local customers:
if you wish to pick up your order in the shop, please make note of that in the shipping options section of the check-out page. You are required to enter your payment information in order for us to process your order, but you will be given the option of paying with cash or check in the shop when you pick up your order. Your credit card will be charged for the purchase amount within two business days if you have not made other arrangements for payment on pick-up orders. We are offering the pick-up option to simply save our local customers shipping - please do not use the website for "hold" orders. Call or e-mail if you have questions on pick-up orders.

Domestic shipping (USA):
We prefer to ship via USPS using their one-rate Priority Mail packaging. USPS Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation, but insurance is extra. You are responsible for requesting insurance if desired, as we do not automatically add it. Also with Priority Mail, most shipments inside the US are delivered fast - usually 2 days after we mail it. If you are placing a small order and prefer to save a couple of dollars on shipping, please request First Class shipping when you order. Keep in mind that First Class shipping does not include delivery confirmation, and generally takes more time to get to you. Once your order leaves our shop we cannot be responsible for it unless you opt for insurance.

Priority Flat Rate large envelope: $4.80
(We can usually fit 3-5 yards into the flat rate envelope, much less for flannel and heavier fabrics)
Priority Flat Rate box: $9.80
(We can usually fit 10 yards into the flat rate box, less for flannels)
Priority Flat Rate Large Box: $12.95
(We can fit up to 26 yards into the large flat rate box)

International shipping:
Shipments to Canada & Mexico - USPS Global Priority Mail envelope (3-5 yards max) will ship for $9.95
Shipments to other countries - USPS Global Priority Mail envelope (3-5 yards max) ships for $11.95
Larger orders are also shipped in the Global Priority Mail flat-rate boxes. Shipping is estimated when you place your order. Please contact us for additional details if you have questions about International shipping.
International Priority Mail does not include delivery confirmation or insurance.

Purchases that ship within the state of Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax.
